1. Who these terms are between
This website, novatren.online (“the site”), is operated by COSMOS CLUB s.r.o., Waldertova 670/6, Drahovice, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, company number 05291836, VAT number CZ05291836 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is
The site is a free, advertising-funded editorial publication about consumer online security. We sell nothing, operate no shop, take no payment and conclude no contract of sale with you. Where the site links to a vendor, any purchase is a contract between you and that vendor, governed by that vendor's terms and not by these.
3. Informational nature of the content — no professional advice
The content of the site is general information. It is not professional security advice, legal advice, financial advice or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
No security product, and nothing described on this site, makes any device or account immune from compromise. We make no guarantee of any outcome.
4. Accuracy, and the primacy of the vendor's own information
We take care to be accurate and we publish our sources. Nevertheless, product features, plan contents, device limits, prices and licensing terms change frequently and without notice, and they differ between countries and promotions.
In case of any divergence between information on this site and the information published by the vendor or supplier concerned, the vendor's own current information prevails. Always verify on the vendor's own site before buying. If you find an error here, tell us at info@novatren.online and we will apply our corrections procedure.
5. Affiliate links

The site links to websites operated by other people. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow an external link, the terms and the privacy and cookie practices of that site apply instead of ours.

You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts with a visible link to the source page. We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Czech law. Where you use the site as a consumer resident in another Member State of the European Union, you also retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise, the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) are available for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, although as noted we sell nothing directly.
