What to write to us about

What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher, not a vendor, a reseller or a support desk. We cannot help with an order, a licence key, a refund, a subscription cancellation or a technical fault in anybody's software. For those, contact the vendor you bought from — they are the only party with access to your account. We have no access to it and no relationship with it.
We also cannot provide individual security advice or incident response. If you believe you have been compromised, contact your bank, your provider and your national reporting service; our phishing guide has a step-by-step list for the first hour.
Privacy of your message
If you email us, we process your address and whatever you write solely to reply to you, and we keep correspondence no longer than needed. We do not add you to any list. Details in section 4 of the privacy policy.
